Abbott & Dartt Appraisal Service is a family owned and operated business started by Jayne Abbott in 1990. Carol Abbott joined the firm shortly after doing research, typing appraisals reports (before the days of computers!) and office duties. In 1993, Carol became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Nancy Dartt joined the company in 1998 as a trainee and became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2000. Carol and Nancy carry on the family business started by their mother, Jayne, with the same professionalism, confidence and ethics that made her successful.
