I began working in the Real Estate Appraisal field in 1990. In 1993 I became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Throughout my career I have worked in Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle and Lamoille Counties. Although I complete all types of Residential Appraisals, I enjoy the more rural properties.
I reside in Cambridge with my family. We have a farm with horses, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and donkeys. We all love the rural atmosphere.
My memberships include the North Western Vermont Board of REALTORS, Multiple Listing Service, Vermont Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, NAREA, NA RA/MU as well as The Vermont Real Estate Sales.net.
